Naked Snake and The Sorrow from Metal Gear Solid 3. This was finished yesterday. It was done as a quick sketch on computer, just to get the image out of my head. But I've decided to refine it a bit. Don't know why I thought of doing this all of the sudden, but this is from one of my favorite scenes in the game. Since it was meant to be a sketch, I didn't look closely at my reference image of The Sorrow (should have, though), which is why he doesn't look like him. And sorry if this turns out dark on some computers.
This is amazing! The way the colours blend into each other and the atmosphere it creates is stunning! It's kind of eerie, the contrasts between the yellows and browns work wonderfully, and in my opinion, I think that the Sorrow does look like the Sorrow. He's a difficult character to drawn but this is awesome! Keep it up
you do so much with such a limited pallet. the trees the light thru the trees ,the water the misty effect swirling ... damn ... speechless. oh i like your new signature too ;D
Out of the 33 deviations that I had currently had waiting for comment - this one really attracted my attention. It's a very nice piece and I would never have guessed it was from a game.

Thank you , I'm happy with the colors. I've never drawn The Sorrow before, and even forgot he had glasses until someone pointed it out. But you can't really see his face here, so it was a minor detail. He is a really interesting character and I loved this scene during the game.
